Daca tot te-ai invatat sa faci multitasking tot timpul, mai bine nu faci intre munca si messenger si facebook, si youtube, si munca, .. ci faci intre munca, si alta munca, (eventual la ceva care te ajuta sa te dezvolti, sau ceva care te ajuta sa creezi o lume mai buna.)

Cel care se leaga de o ‘bucurie’
(a se citi ‘placere’)
Distruge viata inaripata
(rateaza esenta vietii, care este libera sa zboare)
Dar cel care saruta bucuria in zborul ei
(cel care se bucura de bucurie, in momentul in care bucuria are loc, adica in prezent,
si respecta bucuria si o lasa pur si simplu sa fie…)
…Traieste in ‘rasaritul eternitatii’

on Motivation
Some people say that we only have a limited amount of motivation and willpower every day, and we should not waste it, and use it carefully.
I have a personal theory:
based on
-> NLP - we already have all the resources we need, inside us
-> Map of Consciousness - the amount of Power available at each higher level is exponentially higher
-> King, Warrior, Magician, Lover - every person has within himself or herself each of these four primordial archetypes.
I come to the conclusion that WE ALREADY HAVE POTENTIALLY HUGE AMOUNTS OF MOTIVATION AVAILABLE.
So how come we're not motivated?
Simple: we're not accessing the Powerful energies of motivation. We're not accessing our deepest inner selves.
We're not motivated to access the source of the motivation.
Solutions?
...there are many.
1. NLP - use NLP techniques to create associations (anchors) for yourself to get into the motivated state.
2. Levels of Consciousness - raise your level of consciousness / operate from a higher level of consciousness mindset, in the area where you want to be motivated
3. Inner primordial Archetype energy -- (one of the most effective solutions) Don't do anything, and let the pain build until it is so much that you are forced to become motivated. (this works very effectively simply because it access the inner Warrior archetype.)

Tine minte:
O zi in care nu ai parte de influente pozitive, din carti de dezvoltare personala, din site-uri, din programe audio motivationale, este, in principiu,
o zi in care ti se intampla cam 50.000 de ganduri.
Ganduri lasate pe pilot automat.
Ai chiar atat de multa incredere in mintea ta? Este o unealta atat de optimista si perfecta?
Pe bune, tu chiar crezi ca majoritatea gandurilor au sa fie pozitive si constructive?

Unul dintre Secretele mele
Este un program de vreo 700 kb, care schimba automat wallpaper-ul.
(eu mi-am setat din trei in trei minute, dar poti sa setezi si o combinatie de taste care sa schimbe)
In patru ani de zile am adunat deja peste 1000 de citate si multe altele.
Ideea este ca atunci cand iti pui un wallpaper, si il tii mai mult de doua zile, deja dezvolti 'imunitate' la el. (nici nu-l mai observi)
Oare nu ar fi mai fain sa fie mereu nou?
Si oare cat de util ar fi sa poti sa memorezi idei esentiale practic fara pic de efort, ci doar prin simpla expunere repetata aleatorie?
